The method of calculation of the function of energy distribution of conduction electrons at stationary gas ionization

In order to calculate many integrals characterizing the ionized gas state it is necessary to have the function of energy distribution of conduction electrons. It appreciably differs from equilibrium when the source of the ionized radiation has a stationary character. The function of electron energy distribution has been found by solving the electrons' balance equation in a minor energy range. The solution has been found by using Fourier-images of the distribution function and source function. The more convenient approximate balance equation has been found as well.

Microwave heating of oil products in pipelines

Oil product’s high-frequency electromagnetic heating is an effective tool of volume heating. Present-day researches demonstrate the efficiency of this heating method. But most researches represent pipelines as a certain feeder ducting electromagnetic energy. From our point of view such approach is not effective due to great attenuation of electromagnetic waves giving it a considerable loss of time in elimination of asphalt-paraffin plugs. The asymmetrical strip line enclosed into the pipe can be used for solution to the problem of uniform heating.

Development of multi-component paste canned food with blanched cod liver and its oil

A series of recipes of cod liver pastes with adding some vegetable components has been developed on the basis of previously established technology of blanched canned cod liver. The optimization of the recipes has been carried out, the sterilization regime has been found. The series of canned food based on vegetable raw material, mushrooms and cod liver oil has been developed.

The use of electro-physical methods in technology of cold-smoked smokeless hydrobionts

The researches with the help of an experimental set for application the electrostatic field (ESF) for intensification of the fish dehydration process and process of cold smokeless smoking have been carried out. Due to the experiments it has been determined that the extraction of water from fish (by air ionized in the ESF) increases on 12-17 % as compared to usual drying conditions during processing mackerel and horse mackerel. The use of the ESF is practicable in the cold smokeless smoking technology as for liquid smoke thickening and for intensification of the fish dehydration process as well.

Instrumental methods of determining the degree of chitin deacetylation

The overview of methods for determination the chitin and chitosan deacetylation degree has been carried out. The optical density of chitosan samples with different molecular weight in the infrared has been defined. The comparative results of measuring chitin deacetylation degree by the method of infrared spectroscopy and using registration of chitin acid hydrolysis product by the liquid chromatography method have been given.

Microwave technology as a way to protect pipelines from corking

The paper considers microwave (MV) technology of heating tough liquid in order to protect pipelines from corking. Methods for calculation MV energy necessary to support working temperature in pipelines have been proposed. The efficiency of this technology in comparison to crude oil burning for the same purpose has been shown.
